QC/Technical Support
We take solid control on product quality. The quality inspection has divided into working procedure self-inspection --- QC patrol inspection --- finished product sampling inspection --- large batch sampling inspection before delivery. We strictly control the specification error ratio within +/-2MM, thickness error ratio within 0.2MIC, and printing chromatics error ratio within +/-1MM. Furthermore, the quantity between packing change error ratio should be within 0.03%. The measuring instruments are micrometer, and electronic balance.

Process for handing non-conforming product during the production:
1. Line QC carries out regular checking, recording and immediate acting will be taken if non-conforming product is being found.
2. If non-conforming product is being found in the warehouse, QC will full check the same batch and report to the QC leader.
3. All non-conforming products will be marked and disposed.

THIRDLY-------Quality assurance of process:

1. Confirm the first sample after extrusion by production staff;
2. Line QC go on rounds in the extrusion workshopQC will inspect every machine and fill in the report forms, in case of any problem, QC will hand in it to the team leader at once;

4. Confirm the first sample after conversion by production staff;
5. Line QC go on rounds in the conversion workshop. QC will inspect every machine and fill in the report forms in case of any problem, QC will hand in it to the team leader at once;
6. Confirm the package. In case of any problem, QC will hand in it to the team leader at once;
7. Spot-check the mass production. Before shipping, QC leader will spot-check the mass production (no less than 30%) and fill in the report forms. If the products were unqualified, they could not be shipped until the result of rechecking is 0k.

FOURTHLY------Certificate of products:

send the samples to SGS in order to be tested the by FDA and ROHS standards.
